Shawn, Chris and Dan arrived on time, and quickly assessed the scope of my move. They were careful, wrapped my belongings, and loaded them expertly into the truck. They were professional, and time conscious. My move took over 7 hours from start to finish. I have used large moving companies in the past, and I am delighted to say that the team from A-Zip were superior. There commitment to the company was evident, and they sought feedback on how I felt, and offered to reposition furniture in my new home. I was really impressed......and found A-Zip from a mailer that I received after listing my home for sale. I was going to write this letter upon our return to Ottawa, but I thought I should do so as soon as possible while the memory is still fresh in our minds.
Marilyn and I were more than pleases by your competent and friendly approach. Your presentation was simple and to the point. As a result we felt we knew where we stood. We were quite sure there would not be any nasty surprises after we accepted to deal with your company. We were right in our assumption. Everything proceeded as you has assured us it would. We were also deeply impressed by your employees. They were very considerate and extremely friendly. Just as important, they seemed to bin in charge of the situation at all times. They also went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with the way they were proceeding.
To this day, we remain grateful to you and your employees for having made a rather stressful experience (e.g. leaving our home after 41 years and moving to a new city after 50 years in london) a relatively easy transition. I may add that all our possessions arrived in Ottawa in good condition with nothing broke, nothing damaged.
Finally, we considered your rates, after having three other to compare, very competitive.
It goes without saying that we would be quite prepared to recommend your company without hesitation.

This letter is to tell you how pleased we were with our move from London to North Bay on Jan 25/26th, 2012.
From the time you came to our home to give us an estimate to the time Dan, Chris, and Shawn left, it was a positive experience.
Moving is always a stressful time. The place we moved to was quite a bit smaller than the one we left so needless to say, we had too much furniture for our new home. As ore boxes and furniture were brought in, could feel myself becoming more and more overwhelmed. Chris noticed that this was happening to me and he made some space-saving suggestions on ways to place the furniture where it would be out of the way until I could make more room for it. The fact that he identified a problem and made a suggestion was all I needed to help me through a stressful moment.
The movers were all very polite and professional and I would have no hesitation in using your company again or referring it to someone else.
